With the Full Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Scorpio, we will be attracted to a feeling of safety and stability, while at the same time we are drawn to our inner feelings that help us grow and transform.

During this Prana Vinyasa masterclass we will work with these themes in an embodied way. After a full moon mudra mediation for gratitude, we will dive into a vinyasa flow that will help us to find stability and at the same time will offer us pathways for growth and transformation in our asana practice.  

We will be moving around in a mandala, honoring the cycles in nature and the full moon. We will be working towards hip opening hand balancing poses in a smart, safe and fun way, offering you the steps necessary to balance with steadiness and ease.
