LIVING VINYASA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING: Studies of Nature

To ‘live vinyasa’ means to live in rhythm with Nature. Ever since I discovered the logic, intelligence, creativity and magic of vinyasa yoga, I knew this would be my practice for life. Why? Because vinyasa yoga allows us to follow our own nature, our own rhythm and our passion in life. I feel privileged to share the intelligence and magic of the vinyasa yoga system and support teachers on their path, becoming authentic and inspired vinyasa yoga teachers.

The training…. My Living Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is build up in layers or steps (kramas) that allow you to study vinyasa yoga in a structured, safe, fun and creative way. Have a look below and plan your own pathway towards becoming an embodied and inspired vinyasa yoga teacher.

PART 1: ROOTS OF VINYASA

200hrs Foundation Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

If you are interested to become an embodied and skilled vinyasa teacher, you can join us in Haarlem or Maastricht for our 200 hrs foundation vinyasa teacher training. Our main focus is to share the principles, roots and logic of vinyasa with you and support you on your personal path to become an authentic and inspired yoga teacher.

PART 2: ADVANCED VINYASA TEACHER TRAINING

300hrs Advanced Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Would you like to dive deeper into the studies of vinyasa yoga? I am offering advanced vinyasa modules in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leeuwarden and on retreat locations. You can choose the vinyasa teacher training immersions that interest you to deepen your understanding, practice and skills. However, you can also build up to 300 hrs Yoga Alliance accreditation. In that case, there are two required foundation modules as part of the Advanced Certification. You can pick and choose modules that are inspiring to you in order to build up to 300 hrs advanced vinyasa yoga teacher training..
