Explore the logic and intelligence of behind the art of creating namaskars.

As vinyasa yoga teachers we have access to the logic and intelligence of krama, which allows us to create sequences that are safe, sustainable and magical at the same time. We can apply that same intelligence to the creation of namaskars, adding more krama and thus safety to our practice. Once we understand the logic, creativity will find its way throughout the whole structure of our sequence, adding magic to the experience of our students.

During this immersion, we will go through the principles of sequencing and we will apply this logic to the creation of our own namaskars. We will be studying key actions and kramas and there will be time to co-create and practice teaching.

NOTE: This 1-day Immersion is for vinyasa yoga teachers with experience in creating vinyasa yoga classes based on the principles of vinyasa. Note that Peak Pose Sequencing is a required module for this 1-day immersion.
