Enjoy 5 workshops of asana training that will help you increase body awareness. Improve your asana alignment while exploring some of the key asanas that are commonly practiced in vinyasa yoga classes. Gain a deeper understanding of asana techniques, using self assists and props.
You will move through the poses of surya namaskars A & B in two separate videos. This will give you a solid foundation for the videos explaining standing hip opening asanas, backbends and seated poses.
